My aim is to create a safe, calm space where you can pause, reflect on your difficulties, and together we can find paths toward change.

Who can I help?

In life, we all go through periods when we feel stuck, overwhelmed, or as if we can no longer cope with things on our own. At such times, it can make a real difference to have someone by your side who offers attentive understanding and professional support.

I can help with the following concerns:

If you feel that any of the above areas affect you or your child, I warmly welcome you.

How I can help

In my work, I follow an integrative approach, always adapting my methods to the individual and their specific life situation. I offer support in the following formats:

Learning relaxation and mindfulness techniques

Teaching techniques that support stress relief, physical and emotional relaxation, and a more mindful presence.

Individual psychological consultation for adults and adolescents

The aim of these sessions is to gain a deeper understanding of internal processes and to find solutions that truly support everyday life.

Psychological assessments

Administration and evaluation of intelligence testing (RAVEN, WAIS-IV.) and other psychological assessments.

Study skills and career guidance counselling

Exploring individual learning styles, addressing difficulties, and supporting direction-finding.

Child consultation and parental support

With younger children, I work in a playful, experience-based way, while with parents we work together to find effective approaches for handling everyday situations.

My name is Brigitta Sz. Hajler, and I am a clinical psychologist.

In my work as a psychologist, I support clients of different ages, always adapting the direction of our work to the individual’s life situation and personal needs. I work in a schema therapy and individual psychology framework, and I also use cognitive behavioral therapy methods to support those who turn to me.

My professional experience has been shaped by my work at the Educational Service (Pedagogical Professional Service) between 2020 and 2022, and by my role as a member of the OGYSZ Expert Committee between 2022 and 2026, where I work with cases from a comprehensive psychological perspective.

It is important to me to create an empathetic and accepting atmosphere, and to ensure that our work together leads to genuine understanding and lasting change.

How we work together?

It is important to me that the process feels transparent and predictable.

1. Getting in touch

We arrange an appointment by email or message, and briefly discuss what brings you here and how I can support you.

2. First session

We explore your current life situation, clarify your goals, and define the framework of our work together.

3. Regular sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes long and usually take place weekly or every two weeks. The process is always adapted to your individual pace and needs.

4. Follow-up and integration

The aim is to support a more stable and balanced way of functioning, deeper self-understanding, and the development of tools that can support you in the long term.

Professional principles

I conduct my work in accordance with the ethical code of psychologists and with full confidentiality. I work under regular supervision and support my professional development through ongoing training. It is important to me that consultations take place in a supportive and accepting space where you can truly open up and where every question has its place.
